Why your data is needed:

 

To book onto our classes we need to know who you are and how to contact you, so that we can effectively communicate with you throughout the course as necessary. Your phone number is optional but helps us to contact you should there be a problem with your email address. 

 

We need to know the age of your child(ren) to make sure the class is appropriate. We also ask you for the name of your child so we can prepare labels for them, and to ensure the warmest welcome for you to our class. You will also be asked for any medical conditions that they may have, to ensure our classes are as safe and inclusive as possible.

 

When you are paying, the payment provider (Stripe) needs to know your details to verify the card (this information is not retained by us).

 

Who we share your data with:

We will only share your data with third party companies who help us in processing the data that you provide us with. This includes our website provider (Wix) and companies who process payments on our behalf (Stripe).

Updating and deleting information

You are entitled to access the personal information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure it is accurate, complete & up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us info@musicinunison.co.uk. You may also wish to notify us if you wish to withdraw your information and we will delete this from our system.

Photographs

When you sign up you will be asked if you consent to photographs being taken of you and your child during our sessions. 

If you do consent, we will take photographs and share them with you after the session via our secure Wix App portal. Some of these photographs may also be used on our social media channels. Please let us know if you do not wish for us to do this. Your photographs will be available for you to download for the duration of the term, after this time they will be deleted from our system. 

If you do not consent, we will ensure no footage is taken of you or your child by our team. We will also encourage other parents not to have you in their pictures, however as you can appreciate, we cannot guarantee this.
