 Our Team

Music in Unison is committed to delivering quality music education and musical experiences. Our team is comprised of highly-skilled professionals that have a minimum of Post Graduate or Masters in music performance or music education.

Tara Delve

Tara

Music in Unison is the brainchild of Tara, inspired by the birth of her actual child, Isla, in 2016. Tara recognised there was a desperate need for quality musical experiences for young children and so set about to provide this.

Anyone who has ever been to a session with Tara can see her passion and expertise in musical education shine through. As a member of 'Music Educators and Research of Young Children' (MERYC), NYMAZ Early Years Music Network and of the 'International Society for Music Education' (ISME), Tara is actively involved in music educational research and developments within the field, lecturing to undergraduate educators and providing training and support for newly-qualified teachers.

With her background as a Musician, Composer, Educator, Director of Music, Music Adviser and Mummy to Isla, Tara draws on a wide range of educational approaches, life experiences and philosophies in her teaching. She can also draw a smile out of even the shyest of child!
