1) Music in Unison’s aim is to provide the highest quality classes for all our customers.
We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a Music in Unison class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Music in Unison. Your participation, or that of your spouse/partner, your child, or those in whose care you have placed your child at a Music in Unison session, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
Payment is through our online booking system.
Your place will only be confirmed on full payment. If you pay by the online booking system, you will be sent an automated confirmation.
Your course may be cancelled and a refund given within 7 days of the course commencing.
We cannot not offer refunds for sickness and classes missed due to holidays. However, you can offer your space to a friend and charge them for the price of the session.
4) Twins discount
Music in Unison offers twin discount for one adult participating with both of the children to a session. Music in Unison cannot be held responsible for your child should you wish to leave the room.
5) Cancellation of classes
In the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, you will either be offered a refund or an additional class will be scheduled at the end of the course.
If your child is ill, please refrain from bringing them to the session.
7) Medical Conditions
We ask for you to disclose any medical conditions or allergies in the sign-up form that we require you to complete before attending our sessions.
8) Data Protection
You information will be kept confidential by Music in Unison and will not be passed on to a third party.
9) Videos, photographs and confidentiality
Videos and pictures may be taken from time to time of you and your child during the class (providing it doesn’t interfere with the activity). We encourage you to take pictures of your little ones enjoying themselves, but please be mindful of others and their privacy wishes.
10) Property and belongings
Any property left in prams or bags is at the owner’s risk and is not the responsibility of Music in Unison.
11) Health and Safety, Hygiene and Safeguarding
Music in Unison routinely cleans, checks and updates their equipment to ensure you have the highest quality resources for your session. Risk Assessments are completed for each site prior to usage. All Music in Unison staff have been DBS checked.
11) Changes to Terms and Conditions
From time to time, Music in Unison may update their terms and conditions. You will be given the option to opt out of these changes in accordance with clause 3 (above).
