Terms & Conditions
1. Music in Unison’s aim is to provide the highest quality classes for all our customers.
We are committed to the safety of everyone who attends our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a Music in Unison class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Music in Unison. Your participation (or the participation of another adult who you have chosen to come in your place and care for your child throughout the Music in Unison session) and the participation of your child, is done so entirely at your and their own risk.
Bookings should be placed by the adult who is intending to attend the class with the child. If the booking is placed on behalf of someone else Music in Unison is not liable for them being unable to attend. It is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure the intended recipient can attend all classes, before the booking is made. Gift vouchers are available if you are purchasing the course as a gift to someone else.
Payment is through our online booking system and payment is processed through our payment provider Stripe.
Your place will only be confirmed on full payment. When you pay by the online booking system you will be sent an automated confirmation with all your booking and course details. If this email is not received, it is your responsibility to contact Music in Unison to confirm that the booking has been processed.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers can request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase. This must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We cannot not offer you refunds for sickness and classes missed due to holidays. Please note that any refund will incur a £1 fee due to booking site and transaction costs.
5a. Cancellation of classes
Under usual circumstances and in the unlikely event of a class being cancelled, the session will either be taken by another member of our team or you will be offered a catch-up session. If you are unable to make this catch-up session, a refund for that session will be offered.
5b. Cancellation of classes due to Covid 19
Music in Unison will always follow scientific, government and local advice. Following this guidance there may be cancellations made in accordance, response to, or relating to COVID 19 restrictions or guidance (such as the impact of test and trace or national or local regulations).
We will endeavour to provide the most reasonable and supportive solution for our customers. If Music in Unison needs to cancel your booking for any reason relating to Covid 19, our first priority will be to look to reschedule the activity for a later date.
